Downtown Lynchburg Tresca on 8th Wedding || Lance and Meaghan

How do I even begin with Lance & Meaghan's wedding! I feel such a special connection with these two because Lance secretly hired me to photograph his surprise proposal and I got to cry and celebrate with them first! From there, I've loved every minute of getting to know them more, from coffee dates with Meaghan going over wedding details, their engagement session, to bumping into her and her adorable pup, Mac, at a Food Truck event downtown! This couple has been through A LOT in the last year, and seeing them come together and become even stronger is super encouraging and motivational. I knew their wedding would be nothing different and totally filled with joy, love, and gratefulness. 

Their wedding at Tresca on 8th in downtown Lynchburg was perfection. We were all thrilled to be celebrating with her- from the sweet getting ready details to the open dance floor.  Her dress from Celebration Bridal was so perfect for her! She really looked like a princess and her smile and joy just made her radiate the entire day! 

Lance & Meaghan- it's been such a pleasure to get to know you both and go from clients to friends! Thank you so so much for trusting me with your most important day! I hope you both have a blast on your honeymoon & I can't wait to see you when you get back!!

Mountain Top Wedding || Craig & Carrie's Wintergreen Resort Wedding

Y'all. I freaking love Virginia. All of it. I grew up on the coast of Virginia, and now live in Lynchburg, which is Central Virginia. You can't go wrong here! With just a few hours drive you can go from the mountains, to the ocean, to large cities, our nation's capital! There's so much to take advantage of! It's no secret that I love the beach, but goodness, a ceremony on the top of a mountain, where you just see layers upon layers of the blue ridge parkway! 

Craig & Carrie's wedding day was SO gorgeous! Their families rented some GORGEOUS houses on the mountain, where they were able to get ready with their families and friends. I loved how laid back they both were! I strive so hard for my brides & grooms to be calm & collected and not stressed out on their big day so they can actually enjoy everything, so when a Bride is trusting and just excited for the day, it makes everything so amazing! 

Their ceremony at the overlook at The Wintergreen Resort was seriously stunning. The view is breath-taking from up there! They had the sweetest first look, where they exchanged gifts and then took photos with their wedding parties before the ceremony began! Congrats you two! Enjoy your relaxing honeymoon at the Sanderling Resort!!

Summer Trivium Estate Wedding || Nathan & Mason's Lynchburg Wedding

This wedding makes me feel totally old! You see, I used to babysit Mason, and there are some super embarrassing photos floating around out there of us singing on stage together at church! Let's just hope those stay packed away and hidden! ha! I took Mason's senior photos, some family portraits for them, and their engagement session out at Sierra Vista and I have some gorgeous bridal portraits to share as well! But there was something so special about being a part of their wedding day! I absolutely loved every minute of it!! 

Nathan & Mason's wedding day was so beautiful! She made such a stunning bride- and was so calm and joyful the entire day! Their Trivium Estate wedding was timeless and beautiful! They had a gorgeous no peek moment where they shared sweet letters, we all shed tears, and then she had a first look with her Dad. Talk about moving! To top off the evening, we headed out for sunset photos overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains!

Central Virginia Wedding at The Trivium Estate || Andrew & Claire

When a couple is so happy and joyful on their wedding day, it makes my job SO easy! Andrew & Claire had zero nerves on their big day- and really spent the entire day surrounded by the ones who loved and cared for them the most. You can visibly see how in love and happy they are! I hardly had to give them any direction- they would just cuddle up and share a smile, a laugh, and a kiss. The hardest part of my job was picking which ones to share here! 

They had a gorgeous ceremony at The Trivium Estate tucked away on the property in the beautiful trees and landscaping! It was perfect! I'm so excited to share!!

Trivium Estate Summer Wedding || Lynchburg Wedding Photographer

Joel & Kayla's wedding day was perfect in every single way! We loved every minute of hanging out with these two! They were both so cool & collected on their wedding day and just so excited to be getting married! (Well, maybe they were a little nervous about saying their own vows during the ceremony! Sweetest ever!!) 

Kayla's dress was so gorgeous! The detailing and the delicate straps was THE perfect dress for her! Between their excitement & their sweet vows to each other, their Trivium Estate wedding was just simply gorgeous! We spent our portrait time exploring all over the grounds at the Trivium and I could have kept taking photos of them at sunset all night- if only the light would stay around longer! ;)
