Our Weekend Update: An Albuquerque Family Session & A Trivium Estate Wedding

Happy Monday!! I'm only happy it's Monday because I am at the beach this week and I have so much goodness to share over the next few days!! I had such a full week at Creative at Heart in Denver (still going to post an update soon!!) and then I flew to Albuquerque to spend time with family! While there, I got to snuggle with Breighton, and totally fell in love!! He's less than two weeks old and totally perfect!! I flew back to Lynchburg, Virginia on Friday to shoot Dave & Aynsley's Trivium Estate Wedding! All of the vendors, details, and this couple were seriously perfection!!! 

So excited to share a few photos from everything this weekend until full blog posts are ready!! I cannot wait to share these!! 

EVERYTHING about Dave & Aynsley's wedding was perfection. I LOVED working with each and every vendor at this wedding and this couple is the sweetest ever!! Be looking out for Aynsley's bridal portraits tomorrow!! YAY!

Our weekend || Lynchburg, VA Wedding Photographer

Oh!! What a beautiful, full full weekend!! 

Friday I took some time-off and went to Emerson's school for water day fun!! The kids had a blast throwing water balloons, splashing in the kiddie pools, throwing sponges, running through sprinklers, and going down the slip-n-slide! Emmie was seriously in heaven, and went down the slip-n-slide no less than four thousand times!!

Friday evening I headed out to Riverside Park in Lynchburg and met up with Callie for her daughter's birthday photos!! Photos to remember this age are SO important and I loved that they chose to celebrate in this way!! Miss E is the cutest thing, and just oh so happy! She had no idea what to do with her cake and ended up not being a fan of the mess and she pushed the whole thing over and away from her! haha! 

Saturday was ahh-mazing!! Alec & Ashley's Trivium Estate wedding was SO perfect and absolutely beautiful!! I love celebrating true love with these amazing couples, surrounded by their friends and family! Ashley made such a stunning bride, her smile lit up the entire room! It started raining right as we were going to do their bride and groom photos.. but these two grabbed some umbrellas and went out in the rain for photos! Then a gorgeous rainbow appeared!! That HAS to mean good luck, right?? I cannot wait to share more images from their amazing wedding!!! 

I welcomed a lazy, family morning on Sunday! We made breakfast, drank LOTS of coffee and hung out.  I then headed out to Radford University for Hunter & Robyn's engagement session!  They met when they were going to college at Radford and wanted to take their photos out there too! It was so fun as they showed me all these spots that were so memorable to them! 

Phew! Can you see why I'm exhausted now? ;) SO thankful for a Monday to recharge, prepare for the week and sort through all of these amazing images from the weekend!! Tell me all about your weekend!! :)

My heart is so so so full after this week! It's so amazing that I got to be part of such an exciting time for Tony & Cole! From their pregnancy announcement photos, to their maternity photos, and now their newborn photos! I know I say it all the time, but it's such an honor for me to play a part in documenting these memories and invited into their personal lives in such an intimate way! 

Nolan is the cutest little guy, and you know I loved snuggling up with him! We had so much fun putting him in different outfits, wrapping him up, and of course squeezing him and getting my newborn fill! ;)

There is something so special about getting to document maternity photos.  There is so much excitement and anticipation! I totally remember those days and being so excited, nervous, and all the other emotions in the world! 

Meghan is the director for Pate Chapel and the Bottling Company, which is a gorgeous wedding venue here in Lynchburg! I was so excited and honored when she contacted me for her maternity photos! I cannot wait for her to have her sweet baby!! She is absolutely glowing- I am so jealous for how great she looks- and baby is scheduled to come next month!! I totally wish I would have looked that great!!

Oh my goodness, it is a dream to be sharing photos of John, Shannon & baby Jack today!! John & Shannon were one of the original Ashley Eiban couples and I had so much fun shooting their engagement photos, bridal portraits, and their wedding day years ago! Then to document their pregnancy a few months ago was such an honor.  But there is no greater honor than to be invited into their home to celebrate this new life!
