Andrew & Allison's Wedding Day: Bedford, VA Wedding Photographer

Remember that adorable proposal I was photographed?! Well, if you thought that moment was sweet- wait until you see their wedding!! 

Andrew & Allison started off the day getting ready at her parents house surrounded by friends and family. They had THE most precious no peek, and when Andrew started praying for them and their marriage, we were all 3 in tears! They choose the most adorable little church that had such an intimate feeling- it was awesome! Their reception was at The Historic Avenel Plantation in Bedford! It truly was such a romantic spot! 

You can tell that Andrew & Allison truly have something special. She was beaming all day, and he kept reaching over and kissing her on the forehead. I am so excited for them as they begin this journey in life together!!

Clair & Wes: Lynchburg, Virginia engagement session

Oh my goodness! I was so excited to meet with Clair & Wes after they won the free engagement session for touring The Trivium in Forest, Virginia! 

I love really getting involved with my clients lives- including their choices on what to wear to their session! I love that Clair texted me for advice on what to wear- and I fell in LOVE with her outfit choices! Clair- will you go shopping with me?! haha ;)

Justin & Meghan: a snowy, Lynchburg, VA proposal!

Guys!! I am so so so so excited to share this beautiful proposal with you! They have such an incredible love story and it was such an honor to be able a part of their engagement!! We had initially planned to sneak out and do the proposal Saturday, but when the weathermen started calling for another snow day, Justin texted and we started plotting! I hid out behind a rock in the woods waiting for them to walk by! 

Justin and Meghan walked by, stopped to take a picture, and then he got down on one knee.  And I was hiding in the woods capturing the moment! It was so sweet, Meghan instantly said YES! 

We then got some fun photos of them! They are such a cute couple and I loved how sweet and affectionate they are towards each other! I had to give almost no direction, they were just kissing and snuggling up all on their own! We had just so much fun together and ahhhhhhh the snow made the perfect backdrop! :)
